Jill Madison
Jill has practiced yoga for many years, and is very happy to share ashtanga vinyasa sequencing with beginning through advanced students. She brings a sense of traditional alignment and vinyasa flow to each class. Jill is a RYT and is Core Strength Vinyasa certified, she is working towards Integrated Movement Therapy certification as well. She is also a graduate student of nutrition- she thinks an active yoga practice and wholistic eating are the path to a long and healthy life!
