Rebecca Bradford

Rebecca BradfordRebecca first found yoga here in Seattle in 1994. Her first introduction to Hatha yoga was by a friend and mentor named Kendall Sillers, who taught her elements of Tony Sanchez's Yoga Challenge a variation of Bikram Beginning Yoga.

In1995 co-workers encouraged her to try yoga at a downtown location which had just opened by Neil Ketchum who had just finished the 2nd official teacher training course in Beverly Hills, Ca with Bikram Choudhury  It was then she first experienced and fell in love with Bikram Hot Yoga.

After practicing for almost a year, in 1996 Rebecca quit her job, packed up and moved to Southern California to train and become a Bikram 's Beginning Yoga teacher.

In 2004 Rebecca started training in other types of Hatha yoga such as: Hot Power Yoga, Forrest Yoga and Iyenger Yoga, by attending yoga intensives and workshops.  She also continues to study Kryia Yoga cleansing techniques and practices Mantra Meditation.

Rebecca's hobbies include: traveling, rollerblading, biking, gym work outs, gardening, cooking, walks with her dogs, creating recipe ideas for a Hot Yoga cookbook which she is currently writing, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
